At Walnut, it’s safe to say that we are no strangers to travelling up and down the country visiting clients for meetings, case studies and industry trade shows.

As well as travelling around the UK to meet up with clients, we have also had the opportunity to jet off to places such as Belfast and Hamburg for trade show events in which our clients have been exhibiting.

Our latest show with a client of ours however, was our furthest venture yet for a foodservice trade show which was in none other than sunny Dubai!

GulfHost, the hospitality equipment and foodservice expo for the Middle East, Africa and Asia, is a trade show that takes place in Dubai and features a wide range of kitchen solutions and commercial catering equipment for caterers and manufacturers.

The show took place across three days between 30th October - 1st November, and our photography and videography team flew over to get some footage of the show!

Whilst at the show, we also met up with a new client of ours to discuss new project ideas and marketing concepts which went very well!

Overall, the show was a huge success and our exhibiting client benefited from this hugely, meeting lots of new contacts and exhibitors.

Now we’ve ticked off GulfHost as our first international trade show, we now have another industry trade show lined up overseas that will be taking place early next year!

In February, we will be attending The NAFEM Show, based outside of the UK in (wait for it)… Florida!

Our team will be travelling to Orlando, in which The NAFEM Show will take place on the 7th, 8th and 9th February, where foodservice professionals will meet, discover new products and network amongst each other.

The NAFEM Show is an event for all the latest cutting edge foodservice equipment and supplies and includes over 500 new products from some of the world’s leading manufacturers.

We love doing international work for our clients and we’re very grateful for the opportunities we get to travel to so many amazing places.

We’re constantly planning and coming up with new ideas for our clients to ensure we’re providing them with creative concepts that are different, and will set them apart from their competitors at events such as trade shows.

Although we don’t have much time left of 2018, Walnut are already one step ahead and planning for new ideas, projects and other industry trade shows for the new year.

A big well done to the Walnut team, and here’s to many more trade shows ahead! Who knows where we’ll end up next…
