After an extremely difficult month following the passing of our director and founder, Glen Crossland, the Walnut Creative team has been working hard to restore a little normality within the business. Whilst things will never be as they once were, we plan to continue in Glen’s honour so Walnut Creative can continue to thrive.
We’ve been working behind the scenes and had numerous discussions to plan our next steps, involving the whole team in every decision we make. This being said, we plan to move forward with some structural changes within the business.
We now have a new board of directors to lead the way for the future of Walnut Creative. Our management team across the business, Liam Gilroy, Josh Caddick, Emily Stancer and Tom Morton, is stepping up and working together to take the business forward. They will now be the main decision makers and points of contact for the business.
In addition, we have plans in the near future to grow the Walnut team once more as we take on new work and get stuck into new routines. Our growth as a team remains an important part of our values, and the team will be undertaking new training opportunities to ensure they develop their chosen skills and progress in their roles.
The whole of the Walnut team would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone for being so patient in such challenging times and for sticking with us as we work to navigate these new changes.
